SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Fastest Rush Shipping
Please contact us before ordering if you have a very tight deadline in order to ensure we can meet your requirements. Depending on time of day and deadline, it may not be possible to meet the pickup time or to meet your shipping budget. Rush shipping can be expensive.

If you have already ordered, we can add rush UPS or FedEx to your existing order and send you a pay-link for the difference. Note that UPS and Fedex do not typically deliver on Sundays. 

Upgraded Shipping at Checkout
For less critical timelines, you can purchase USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express shipping at Checkout. These services are less reliable than UPS and FedEx and may occasionally take a few days longer than stated delivery times. USPS stated delivery times are in business days and start only once the package is actually shipped, usually in 1-3 days. Mail does not move on Sundays or Holidays.

Standard (non-rush) US Shipping:
Standard US Shipping is Free. We use USPS First Class Ground Advantage.  Once shipped, USPS First Class Ground Advantage service takes about 3-7 business days to delivery,  with the West Coast being the slowest.

International shipping: We ship Internationally! Cost is calculated at checkout and does not include GST or VAT.

RETURNS:
To return an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.  Contact us to get a return label. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Ship the item back within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds:
You will receive a refund as soon as it arrives in original condition within 45 days of the original order.

Gift Notes If you would like a gift message included, please supply it in the Add a Note box in the Cart or in the Checkout page. Or send it in the chat, along with your email address.

We don’t provide gift wrapping, but every order comes in an elegant gift box, ready for presentation. (See the last photo in most product pages)

Packaging If you order gifts for different people, please let us know and every item will come in a separate gift box. Otherwise we may reduce the number of boxes and packaging used.

Gift receipts inside the package never contain prices, so the recipient will not see any pricing.
