Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We make returns worry-free!
We know that sometimes it's hard to tell if you will like an item without seeing it in person! So we make returns easy.
You may return an item for any reason.
To return an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Use the chat button or email us at email@example.com to let us know it is coming back. Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
Request a return label. The cost will be deducted from your refund, OR you may ship it back with your own label. If the item was defective, or lost in transit, there will be no cost for the label.
You do not have to return the gift box. Simply seal the item in a clean plastic bag, and put the bag in a kraft envelope, or the envelope it arrived in if you have it.
Ship the item back within 30 days of receipt.
You will receive a refund for the full price of the item as soon as it arrives in original condition within 45 days of the original order.
When you contact us, be sure to mention if this is to be an exchange, and tell us which item of same or lesser value you wish to exchange it for. If you want an item of higher value, you will have to return this for a refund then order the the second item.
