Shipping and Delivery:
We ship orders within 1-3 days. Packages are sent by USPS First Class Ground Advantage Service with tracking. 

Standard US Shipping: Free. You can also upgrade to faster shipping at checkout.

International shipping: We ship Internationally! Cost is calculated at checkout and does not include GST or VAT

Returns

To return an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.  Contact us to get a return label. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Ship the item back within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds

You will receive a refund as soon as your return arrives in original condition within 45 days of the original order.

Gift Notes If you would like a gift message included, please supply it in the Add a Note box in the Cart or in the Checkout page. Or send it in the chat, along with your email address.

We don’t provide gift wrapping, but every order comes in an elegant gift box, ready for presentation. (See the last photo in most product pages)

Packaging If you order gifts for different people, please let us know and every item will come in a separate gift box. Otherwise we may reduce the number of boxes and packaging used.

Gift receipts inside the package never contain prices, so the recipient will not see any pricing.
