How to use a Scarf Buckle

This little ornament, based loosely on equestrian halter fittings, can be used as a pretty extender for our small 16" scarves, or as an alternate way of tying your scarf.
To use, tie one end of the scarf to the single loop, and thread the other through the double loop.
